Little did I know that some innocent comments on the WOTI discussion list regarding Canadian cuisine would elicit such feedback that we are now somehow one of the touchstones for the organization of the GCMR. We wouldn't have it any other way. The original idea grew to become an annual weekend ride around Eastern Ontario and Western Québec to sample the "traditional" Canadian cuisine: Beavertails! Poutine! Mae West! Timmy's coffee! |
